liyuanyuan 李园园,博士,研究员,系统生物学课题组长,系统生物学课题组长,上海生物医学研究院生物医学转化应用中心副主任,上海药物转化工程技术研究中心执行主任。上海生物信息学会理事。

1996年本科毕业于南开大学微生物系;1999年硕士毕业于中国医学科学院协和医科大学肿瘤研究所分子病毒学实验室;2003年博士毕业于中科院上海生化所。

作为项目负责人已完成或正在承担国家自然科学基金、973、863,科技部传染病重大专项、科技部国际合作项目、上海市科委重大项目等多个科研项目。2006年当选上海市科技启明星。2012年获上海市科技系统创先争优优秀共产党员称号。2013年获明治生命科学奖。2013-2014年度上海市科技系统三八红旗手。2014年上海产业技术研究院“创新标兵”先进个人。2015年上海市巾帼建功标兵。2015年华夏医学科技奖(第二完成人)。2016年上海市科学技术奖二等奖(第二完成人)。2016年上海市三八红旗手。


【主要研究方向】生物信息学,系统生物学,转化医学。

针对生物系统特定状态下(如疾病)的调控机制开展了一系列知识发现与方法学开发,例如微生物代谢调控机制和层次化基因转录调控机制、基因组织结构与转录调控的关系、缺血条件下心肌细胞代谢网络的动力学机制、细胞周期与节律相互钳制的转录调控机制、肿瘤相关的micro RNA/转录因子复合调控网络、II型糖尿病分子机制、肿瘤发生发展相关的异常调控机制等。在PLoS Computational Biology、Bioinformatics、Molecular Systems Biology等国际权威专业期刊上发表论文60余篇。获软件著作权9项。

带领转化医学团队实施基于肿瘤异源移植小鼠模型的肿瘤精准医疗平台建设,搭建了基于肿瘤异源移植小鼠(PDX)模型及其相关数据的肿瘤精准医学研发平台。该平台为患者提供抗肿瘤药物敏感性测试及耐药性预测,指导个性化用药;同时基于PDX模型及数据资源,开展以大数据和人工智能为核心的临床服务和伴随诊断研发,以及抗肿瘤新药研发。该体系的建成对于促进肿瘤个性化治疗策略研发与应用,以及抗肿瘤药物研发具有重大的社会和经济效益。依托此项目,在上海市科委支持下建成了上海药物转化工程技术研究中心,并担任工程中心执行主任,目前已与上海市多家三甲医院、药物研发企业合作开展相关科研及转化医学应用。

带领团队开展基于等温扩增反应的食源性致病微生物快速高效检测试剂方法开发,取得包括引物设计方法、11类致病微生物检测试剂盒以及荧光检测仪在内的一系列研发成果,对食品安全检测领域有重大应用价值。申请发明专利27项,其中3项已获授权。1项实用新型专利已获授权。
