课题组长:谢鹭,博士,研究员,中心主任助理。2000年毕业于中南大学湘雅医学院。2000-2005美国范德堡大学博士后。2005.8-目前,上海生物信息技术研究中心。研究方向为转化医学与生物信息学。作为主要负责人承担863,973子课题等国家重大科研项目。上海市浦江人才。曾获湖南省科技进步二等奖。国内外已发表学术论文50多篇。
课题组研究方向: 应用医学(或译为转化医学,Translational Medicine)是一个新兴的多学科融合的领域。该领域的主旨在于促进基础医学研究向临床应用的转化,同时根据临床医学的需求提出前瞻性的应用基础研究方向。研究组成立于2005年10月。工作重点在于疾病分子标志物的生物统计学挖掘和生物信息学分析。主要内容包括:从大规模转录组和蛋白质组学实验数据中挖掘与疾病发生、发展、预后、疗效评估等相关的分子标志物群,并进行功能注释、预测和功能网络分析,以指导和促进疾病分子标志物的验证和应用。与国内外多家著名医学及生物研究机构建立了稳定合作联系。承担的项目以及研究方向包括:基于生物信息学的mRNA 和microRNA表达整合分析与肿瘤分子标记物网络;面向高通量定量蛋白质组学数据分析流程的协同软件(国家高科技863项目);蛋白质组海量质谱数据解析及其在人类基因组注释中的应用(国家重大基础研究973项目);磷酸化介导的细胞信号传递网络重构;并参与艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治科技重大专项;等。部分研究成果发表于Science, Molecular and Cellular Proteomics, Nucleic Acids Research, Cancer Research, Bioinformatics, Journal of Proteome Research, BMC Bioinformatics, Journal of Translational Medicine, International Journal of Cancer等杂志上。
